NestCraft Construction is a fully registered Ugandan construction company with over seven years of hands-on experience delivering residential, commercial and rental projects across Western Uganda and beyond. We exist to make the building process predictable — not stressful — by combining professional planning, strict supervision and accountable delivery from foundation to handover.

No. We issue a transparent BOQ and change orders for any scope edits. You get weekly cost and progress summaries so there are no surprises.
We price from drawings, site realities and preferred finishes. The BOQ covers labor, materials, equipment and contingencies, then we track against plan.
Yes. We provide weekly site reports with photos, completed milestones, next tasks and cost status. Site visits can be scheduled anytime.
